Rates and Policies

Rental Rate:

1-4 people $250/night $1500/week
5-10 people $350/night $2000/week
11-15 people $450/night $2500/week

$100 cleaning fee.
10% tax added to all rentals.
Weekly rates available upon request.
Two night min, longer stays may be required for summer months, special events and holidays.
Check in 3 pm , check out 11 am , unless otherwise authorized.

Security deposit :

$300 security deposit due at time of booking, refunded after your stay. Not refunded if you cancel less than 14 days before your stay, cause damage or smoke inside the lodge. We accept Visa and Mastercard and checks. Checks must be received 2 weeks prior to rental date.

PLEASE NOTE: There must be at least one person, age 25 or older, who will remain onsite as part of the rental party, who will take full financial responsibility for all damage.

Linens provided. Guests should bring soap, toiletries, food & condiments
